Mulled Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. apple cider
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks cinnamon
    1 tsp. whole cloves
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 orange, sliced (unpeeled)
    1 tsp. allspice (optional)
Preparation
    Put in crock-pot.
    Cover; heat on low for 2 to 5 hours or longer.
