Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
    7 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 can (12 1/2 oz.) tuna
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of onion soup
    1 can (5 1/4 oz.) evaporated milk
    2 tsp. brown mustard
    1 can (3 oz.) French fried onions
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli in package until package feels warm, 4 to 5
    1/2 minutes
    on
    Medium-low
    (30%).
    Drain
    broccoli well. Combine all
    ingredients,
    except half the onion rings, in a 3 quart casserole.
    Microwave
    at
    High
    (100%)
    for
    6 minutes. Stir from outside
    to
    center of casserole to shorten cooking time and equalize heat.
    Sprinkle with remaining onion rings. (Toppings are always
    added at the end of cooking so they will not be
    disturbed by stirring and will stay crisp.) Microwave at High (100%)
    until center is hot, 2 to 4 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
