Grandma Fahrenkrog'S Vinegar Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    banana peppers
    green and red bell peppers
    green tomatoes
    Heinz white vinegar
    onions
    cauliflower
    hot peppers (2 to 3 per jar)
    salt
Preparation
    Clean all the vegetables.
    Leave the banana peppers whole. Cut the bell peppers into large chunks.
    Cut the green tomatoes, onions and cauliflower into wedges.
    Place mixture of all these raw vegetables into cleaned jars.
    Place 2 to 3 hot peppers in each jar, if you like the heat.
    They're what spice it up, so use as you desire.
    Heat the vinegar, not to boiling, and pour over the vegetables in the jars.
    Sprinkle a little salt in each jar. Place lids on and pressure can at 10 pounds of pressure for 5 minutes.
    After opening jars, keep in refrigerator.
