Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Mix the dry ingredients together.
    Make a well and pour in the oil, beaten eggs, vanilla, nuts and apples.
    Stir together.
    Do not use mixer.
    Bake in a large pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
