Truly Tender Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

spareribs
1/2 gal. root beer
bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder
basil
dill weed
crushed red pepper to taste
Preparation

Wash ribs and cut according to your plan for use.
(Slab for grill.
Cut in smaller pieces for finger food.)
Put ribs in roasting pan and pour root beer over.
Add bay leaves and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Pour off root beer and remove bay leaves.
Add salt, pepper, basil, dill weed and garlic powder to taste. You can also add any of your favorite seasonings.
Add barbecue sauce.
Return to oven, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
