Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pastry shells
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. Cheddar or Colby cheese, grated
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Blend next 6 ingredients.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in pie shells for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Freezes well.
    Makes 6 servings.
