Easy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

1/2 c. butter or oleo
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. milk
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained (any kind)
20 Ritz crackers, crushed (1 c.)
Preparation

In a saucepan, over medium-high heat, melt 1/4 cup spread (butter or oleo).
Blend in flour.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture begins to boil and thickens.
Cook and stir 1 minute.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Combine cheese sauce and macaroni in a 2-quart casserole.
Melt remaining butter; stir in cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until hot.
