Healthy And Good Bread(For Breadmaker Machines) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. canola oil
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. wheat bran
2 Tbsp. oat bran
1/4 c. raw sunflower seeds
1 1/2 Tbsp. gluten flour
2 Tbsp. wheat germ
1/4 c. rye flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c. \"Better for Bread\" flour
Preparation

Place ingredients in the mixing pan in the order listed.
Set machine for Light-Basic Wheat program (2 hours and 20 minutes). Watch the dough as it mixes.
If it isn't firm enough, add 1 to 2 tablespoons flour as it mixes.
Remove from the pan as soon as the baking cycle is completed.
