Mexican Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium tomatoes, peeled
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    5 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed and chopped (may use canned ones)
    2 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. red pepper (cayenne)
Preparation
    Blend ingredients.
    Add onions last.
    Put into saucepan and bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens, approximately 30 minutes.
    Pour into hot jars and water bath for 10 minutes.
