Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes
    1 qt. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. onion seasoning
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in
    salted water.
    When soft, rub through strainer.
    Scald milk; add
    to potatoes.
    Melt butter; add dry ingredients.
    Stir until
    well mixed.
    Stir into boiling soup. Cook 1 minute; strain.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
