Ingredients

2 qt. sliced cucumbers
1 large onion, sliced
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Combine cucumbers, onion and salt.
Let stand 2 hours. Squeeze out juice; rinse with water and drain.
Mix sugar and vinegar.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Freeze.
