Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 to 20 slices white bread
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 lb. melted margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Trim crusts
    from
    bread and roll flat.
    Beat the cream cheese, vanilla, 2 tablespoons sugar and egg yolk together and spread
    on\tthe
    bread
    slices.
    Roll
    up each slice.
    Roll in melted margarine, 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Freeze unbaked. Cut into
    3 or 4 slices before baking at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serve warm. Also good cold.
