Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. mushrooms or 1 (8 oz.) can sliced
    hot boiled noodles (5 to 6 oz.)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat.
    Add meat and
    brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add
    soup and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and heat through.
    Serve with noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
