Rosalynn Carter'S Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe

1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1/2 pt. whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and grease a 10-inch angel food pan or 10-inch Bundt pan.
Combine cake mix, strawberry gelatin, vegetable oil, nuts, eggs, flour and strawberries in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Pour batter into pan and bake 55 to 60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Turn out of pan to cool completely. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
