Angel Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat whites and sugar until peaks form.
    Add salt and vanilla, then fold in nuts (pecans work best).
    Drop by a spoon onto a foil lined cookie sheet.
    Place into a preheated oven, then turn off (350\u00b0).
    Let stand in oven overnight.
    If not completely dried, preheat oven again.
    Stores well.
