Onion-Mushroom Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 to 5 lb. roast
 
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
- 
                            Line baking pan with 2 sheets of aluminum foil, crisscrossing them in pan.
 
Place roast in center of pan on foil.
Place mushroom soup on top of roast and 1/2 to 1 full package of dry onion soup.
Seal up both pieces of foil tightly.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 4 hours.
No basting necessary.
Juices from meat makes its own gravy.
