Beef Steak Ranchero - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless beef chunks
    1/4 c. corn oil
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 c. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 jalapenos, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook beef in salt, pepper, tenderizer, and corn oil until beef is brown.
    Add tomato juice and water.
    Cover and simmer until beef is tender; add jalapenos and onions.
    Cook for about 2 more minutes.
    Serve with corn tortillas.
