Olive-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
    1 c. New York state cheese, diced
    1 (2 oz.) jar stuffed olives
    1 can tomatoes with juice
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    pinch of basil (optional)
    dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
    black olives (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in tightly covered casserole dish for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Rice will absorb the moisture.
    If recipe is doubled, add 15 minutes cooking time.
    Serves 6.
