Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. corn oil
    3 c. peeled and chopped apples
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans
    3 well beaten eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine oil, apples, sugar, pecans and eggs in a large bowl. In separate bowl, sift flour, soda and salt.
    Add this to apple mixture.
    Add 2 teaspoons vanilla.
    Bake in 3 layers at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
