Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. shortening
nuts
2 1/2 c. flour
6 overripe bananas
2 tsp. soda
dash of salt
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Combine ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Seems better if frozen awhile.
