Slim Your Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. yogurt or nonfat mayonnaise
1/4 (0.4 oz.) pkg. buttermilk dressing (Ranch style, about 1 tsp.)
1 tsp. honey
2 c. shredded red or green cabbage
1 small red or green sweet pepper, cut in strips (about 1/2 c.)
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
1 small apple, chopped
Preparation

Dressing:
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt or mayonnaise, dressing mix and honey until blended.
Thin with a little water to make of drizzling consistency, if necessary.
