Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs and gradually add sugar, then oil.
    Combine dry ingredients, add to egg mixture alternately with zucchini.
    Stir in walnuts and vanilla.
    Turn into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes, then turn out on wire rack to finish cooling.
