Shrimp Salad In Croissants - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium shrimp
    1/2 c. water
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 large carrots, pared and grated
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    few drops Tabasco sauce
    few drops lemon juice
Preparation
    Place shrimp and water in 12-cup casserole.
    Cover and microwave 4 minutes.
    Remove and let stand 2 minutes.
    Drain shrimp and cool under cold water; drain, shell and devein.
