Boiled Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. each: vinegar and water, mixed
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. butter, softened
    2 to 3 Tbsp. light cream or milk
Preparation
    This dressing can be kept covered in refrigerator for a few days.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
