Grammies' White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Large yeast cake or 2 pkg dry yeast
1/4 Cup warm water
1 Quart real warm water
1 scant Cup sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
5 Tbsp. melted Crisco
10 Cups Flour

Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water and set aside.
