Baked Catfish With Peppers And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium catfish, dressed
    lemon juice
    flour
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 onions, chopped
    3 green peppers, cubed
    1 small hot pepper
    salt
    1 can tomatoes
    1 c. white wine
Preparation
    Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and allow to stand about 15 minutes.
    Dredge with flour and fry in oil.
    Place the fried fish in a baking dish and cover.
    Saute onion, green pepper and hot pepper until softened.
    Add tomatoes and wine, cook another 3 to 4 minutes.
    Place the sauteed vegetables on the fish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
