Ester Berrier'S Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 c. diced, raw apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Cream well.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Stir in apples, raisins and nuts. Pour into greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
