Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar diced pimentos
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
    Add all other ingredients except pecans. Mix well with hands.
    Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape into ball and roll in pecans.
    Keep in refrigerator until serving time.
    Serve with Triscuits.
