Chicken Breasts Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, split
    3/4 c. red wine
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in baking dish, except chicken. Arrange chicken in baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
    Serve with wild rice.
