Delicious Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 large sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 can Angel Flake coconut

Preparation

Peel and cook potatoes in boiling water until done.
Mash well (may cut in quarters so they will cook faster).
Mix mashed potatoes with remaining ingredients.
Pour in a deep Pyrex dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until set in middle.
