Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1 c. salad oil
    3 c. coarsely grated zucchini
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a bowl and then add 2 cups sugar and 3 teaspoons vanilla.
    Add salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and flour.
    Mix well and then add oil and zucchini.
    Put batter in two greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
