Tangy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. broiler/fryer chicken pieces
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown chicken in skillet in butter.
Combine Heinz 57 sauce and water; pour over chicken.
Cover; simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender, basting occasionally.
Remove cover the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Skim excess fat from sauce before serving.
Spoon sauce over chicken.
Makes 4 servings.
