Mexican Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can chopped green chilies
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Spread shallow in 9 x 12-inch greased pan until set in center, approximately 1 hour.
