Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts
    2 stalks celery with leaves
    fresh parsley sprigs
    1 onion, quartered
    1 bay leaf
    3/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    6 c. chicken stock
    1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
    1 to 2 tsp. dried tarragon
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced
    10 oz. frozen lima beans
    single pie crust
Preparation
    Place chicken and next 4 ingredients in large pot and cover with cold water.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove chicken from stock. Separate meat from bone.
    Return bones to stock and simmer 1 hour, then strain.
