Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups chicken
2 cups celery (optional)
1/2 cup pimento
1 1/2 cup real mayonnaise (don't substitute)
1/2 cup salted slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated onion of minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup crushed potato chips
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Blend lemon, onion and mayo.
Add celery, almonds and pimento.
Add chicken and toss lightly.
Add salt and pepper. Pour into buttered casserole.
Mix cheese with crushed chips and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
