Tortilla Espanola("Spanish Omelet") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 large onion, minced
    1 large potato, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 large eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Heat 1/4 cup oil in skillet.
    Add potato and onion.
    Cook until soft.
    Add egg.
    When it's almost done, flip onto a plate.
    Add 1 tablespoon oil to pan, slide omelet back in and cook until done.
