Ingredients

1 c. or 2 sticks margarine, softened
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. Quaker Oats
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat margarine and sugars; add eggs, milk and vanilla.
Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased pan.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen (2 1/2-inch) cookies.
