Rice Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. each sliced green onions, chopped celery and red bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 tsp. Wyler's chicken flavored instant bouillon
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. each grated Parmesan cheese, frozen peas and shredded carrots
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook mushrooms, onions, celery, pepper, bouillon and seasoning in margarine.
    Add rice, cheese, peas and carrots. Cook 3 to 5 minutes.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
