Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped nuts
    mixed fruit (any amount)
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. dates
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Fill 2 loaf pans half full.
    Double line pans with wax paper and bake at little over 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
