Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 can pumpkin (not pie filling)
1 c. water
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, oil and water.
Add flour mixture a little at a time. Mix well after each addition.
Pour into 2 well floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
