Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef tenderloin steak
2 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. hot cooked noodles
Preparation

Slice beef into bite size pieces.
Combine flour and sour cream.
Mix in bouillon, 1/2 cup water and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; set aside.
