Swedish Drommar (Dreams) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. pulverized baking ammonia or 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar and 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Beat the butter for 30 seconds.
Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
Combine flour and baking ammonia or cream of tartar and soda.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and beat until well combined.
Shape the dough into 3/4-inch balls.
Place the balls on ungreased cookie sheets.
Using your fingers, press lightly in centers of the cookies.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 7 to 9 minutes or until done.
Open oven door carefully to avoid fumes if you use baking ammonia.
Makes 80 to 90 cookies.
