Fairy Gingerbread Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. molasses
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 Tbsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and Crisco in a bowl.
Add beaten eggs, milk and molasses.
Sift flour, soda, ginger and cinnamon into mixture and beat well.
Last, if desired, add raisins and nuts.
Bake in shallow loaf type greased pan at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
