Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. butter and shortening (combination)
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. lukewarm unseasoned mashed potatoes
    7 to 8 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
Preparation
    Soften yeast in 1/2 of water. Add remaining water. Add sugar, salt, shortening and 2 cups flour.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add softened yeast, eggs and potatoes. Beat well. Add flour so dough is soft but not sticky. Turn out onto a lightly floured board and knead dough 5 minutes.
