Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. bran flakes
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. molasses
2 beaten eggs
Preparation
-
Combine bran flakes, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Mix well.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake in greased or paper lined muffin pans at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
