Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. strong coffee
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Melt chocolate and combine coffee in a saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, over low
heat
until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
Stir in sugar and cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
Cool and refrigerate.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
