Microwave Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. coarsely ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
19 oz. can kidney beans, drained
19 oz. can tomatoes, drained and chopped
14 oz. can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation

Combine ground beef, garlic, onion, celery and green pepper in a 3-quart casserole dish.
Mix well to crumble beef.
Microwave on High 5 minutes.
Stir in kidney beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, brown sugar, salt, oregano and cumin.
