Homemade Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. chuck roast, cubed
1 small sliced onion
2 medium potatoes, cubed
1 to 2 carrots, sliced
1/2 c. cabbage, chopped
3/4 to 1 c. green beans
1/4 to 1/3 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
8 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
1/2 c. frozen corn
Preparation
-
Cook meat in boiling water until tender.
Add onion, potatoes, carrots, cabbage and celery, then cook until tender.
Add tomato sauce and paste.
Add seasonings to taste and mix well.
Add green beans and corn; simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
