Mvo'S 7-4-17 Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 pt. sliced strawberries
1 pt. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. strawberry jam
3 Tbsp. rum
sliced pound cake
strawberries and blueberries for garnish

Preparation

Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar.
Gradually beat in whipping cream.
Add vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form. Set-aside.
