Vegetable Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 small (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans (maybe a little more)
Preparation

Let cheese soften.
Mix all ingredients.
Form into ball. Roll in pecans; chill.
Great with Keebler wheat crackers.
